A Raven’s Tale

Painting A Raven’s Tale felt like stepping into a storybook where every brushstroke carried the weight of an old tale waiting to be told. The richness of the copper leaf shimmered against the deep layered textures of the mixed media. The raven itself became a messenger its form emerging from the oils with an almost ethereal presence as if caught between shadow and light. There was a rhythm to the process an interplay between chaos and control, intuition and precision. The final piece felt alive, as though it held secrets within its layers, inviting the viewer to listen closely—to hear the tale it longed to tell. -Stefanie Angelina Allison
